What is the status of my order?

Some products take more time than others to be assembled and shipped. It also depends on which batch your order was in. When you are checking out, there is an estimated time listed that it will take for production. If there is no production time listed for a product, the order is typically processed within 1-3 business days.

When will my product arrive?

Your order will ship once all items in the order are ready to ship. Production time is listed for most products while in the checkout process. If there is no production time listed for a product, the order is typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping for orders in the United States typically takes 2-4 business days. International shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks but may take up to 2 months.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, as long as it is before the package has shipped. Please email us with the address that you would like it to be changed to.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as we haven’t shipped it yet. If you would no longer like your product after it has been shipped, please see our return policy.

Why hasn’t my tracking information been updated in a while?

For international orders and select shipping carriers, once the package leaves the United States it is not uncommon for the tracking to stop updating, but your package is still on its way. Please reference “When will my product arrive?” above for estimates on shipping times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! There has yet to be a destination that we cannot ship to. Shipping on international orders takes longer than usual, please reference “When will my product arrive?” above for estimates on shipping times.

I think my package was lost/stolen, what do I do?

Pikatea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but some actions can still be taken. Please wait 5 business days for the package to arrive after it has said it's been delivered. If you still do not have your package, please contact us

My device doesn’t seem to be working, what should I do?

Start by referencing our troubleshooting guides for each product in our guides page. There is the option to send it back to us to be repaired, but this must be done within 3 months of you receiving the device.
