Programmable RGB

Configure each individual RGB light to function how you like. It's as simple as changing the settings in the software. 16+ predefined RGB modes are included but making your own is an option too!

Use the LEDs to represent what "layer" you are currently on.

Easy to Program

The programming is easy thanks to an open source program called VIAL. The interface is easy to use. It lets you control the action of each button press and knob to do whatever you like instantly without flashing new firmware or doing anything complicated.

Vial can run in the browser too if you are unable to download software.

The Pikatea Macropad GB4 is an excellent tool for me because I listen to a lot of music, so being able to easily and quickly make adjustments to my listening experience is greatly appreciated. My only complaint is that the GB4 does not use USB-C.

I got a 7 button, printed macropad. The backplate of the macropad feels flimsy and doesn’t really have anything to latch to, as it falls off every once in a while.

Better quality than expected. The 3D print is really good. The fact that i chose the Hot-Swap one is better cuz if i want to try a new switches i can try directly on it. The RGB is really cool, i can customize it as i want.

i have a Stream Deck and this Pikatea Macropad GB4. Personally I prefer the Pikatea Macropad GB4 more since it basically functions as a keyboard, so when I want to unlock my PC I can just use it instead of my normal keyboard. The Stream Deck couldn't do this since it is locked when the PC is locked. I love the dial/knob for the volume control, it's got a good feel and quality to it. I can even use it to trigger any API using IFTTT. The only problem with it is the knowledge base is quite lacking, I have to dig deep to find how to setup the API triggering.

Really really pleased with the macropad that I ordered, from the ordering process all the way up to the physical product itself. Pikitea was transparent about their shipping deadlines and even had notification for when my macropad was being built on stream. The build quality is solid, the only complaint that I had is that the Holy Panda switches that I ordered seemed a little scratchy and if there was an option to have them lubed that would've been a nice added bonus. I got the macropad as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and I see him using it every day at his desk now. :)

Good product, easy to follow guides for firmware. Using it with the midi mixer for doing different audio channels is quite tedious and worked poorly but that was more to do with the midi mixer software so I just use the original firmware with vial and it does the job. Id recommend getting more buttons rather than less for doing different layers.

I sadly had to wait longer for my item to arrive but after playing with it and seeing it in person, well it made me realize it was worth the wait.

Shipping time was 4 months but after receiving the product I am absolutely in love with this thing. It has increased productivity at work and is very fun to use. At first, I struggled with the Vial software due to having a 5 key GB4, Vial shows a 7 key layout with a three button dial. After a bit of time and patience I discovered exactly how it works. Despite the wait, I am already designing my next two and will be purchasing again before the end of this month for my office computer and a spare.

I purchased the GB4 Macropad and it is absolutely wonderful! Only critiques I have are that shipping took a while but that's expected for a group but, and the software has some quirks. Besides those though it is nothing short of fantastic! The buttons and knob feel very premium and the entire thing is built well. There are plenty of customization options and really you can get exactly what you want. Overall a great product!
