YES! We ship worldwide. We use USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipments. We cannot lower order values for customs fees. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any taxes and import duties. No refunds of uncollected customs packages.

Can I cancel, change, or refund my order?
Yes, reply to your order confirmation, or use the stores contact form to cancel, make changes, or get a refund. Refunds are valid for 2 weeks after receiving your device/product. 

Can I update or change the firmware?
Yes! Pikatea Firmware is pre-loaded on to each Pikatea Macropad. This is custom made to support SD card programming. Other firmware is available on the firmware download page and a guide for flashing firmware is here.

Any Pikatea product can be replaced or returned if it breaks or doesn't function in the first 2 months of normal use.
